Model Gate provides access management, routing, proxying and billing tools for artificial intelligence APIs and related services.
The Service may be modified, updated, suspended or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
2. Eligibility
You confirm that you have legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that all information provided during registration is accurate and up to date.
3. Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and API keys.
Any activity performed using your account is considered your responsibility.
4. Payments
The Service operates using prepaid account balances.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Model Gate does not store payment card information.
Funds credited to the balance may only be used within the Service unless otherwise required by applicable law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- violate applicable laws;
- attempt unauthorized access;
- abuse or overload the infrastructure;
- circumvent billing or security mechanisms;
- use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
6. API Usage
The Service acts as a gateway to third-party AI providers. Availability, response quality and pricing of third-party services remain outside Model Gate's control.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, trademarks, documentation and website content remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
No guarantee is provided regarding uninterrupted availability, compatibility, or fitness for any particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Model Gate shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data or business interruption.
10. Account Suspension
Accounts may be suspended or terminated immediately in case of fraud, abuse, security risks or violation of these Terms.
11. Changes
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the Service owner.
