About Model Gate
Model Gate is a software platform providing unified, metered API access to third-party artificial-intelligence models. It is designed for developers, businesses and adult individual users who require one technical interface for accessing supported AI services, managing API credentials, monitoring usage and paying for consumed services.
Model Gate is operated by Salvatore Marrese, entrepreneur individuel (EI), trading as MODALIAM, registered in France under SIREN 107 719 700.
What We Provide

- Tools intended to bypass provider safeguards, sanctions, geographic restrictions or law.
Third-Party AI Services
Depending on model availability, customer selection and commercial arrangements, Model Gate may route requests to upstream AI developers or model-hosting platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, Mistral AI, DeepSeek, Cohere, Together AI, Fireworks AI and Alibaba Cloud/Qwen.
The exact upstream route may vary by model, availability, performance, technical requirements and provider status. Model Gate does not represent that every listed provider or model is available at all times.
Customers and Availability
The Service is available to businesses and consumers aged 18 or older in supported jurisdictions. Model Gate does not knowingly offer the Service to residents of France, sanctioned jurisdictions or territories in which providing the Service would be unlawful or commercially restricted.
Model Gate may refuse registration, payment or service in a jurisdiction that presents legal, sanctions, fraud, payment or compliance risk.
Our Approach
Model Gate aims to provide clear pricing, usage transparency, secure account controls and documented procedures for refunds, complaints, privacy requests and abuse reports. Customers remain responsible for choosing an appropriate model and reviewing generated output before relying on it.
