Support Hours
Standard support hours are 10:00–18:00 Central European Time, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays observed by the operator.
Model Gate aims to provide an initial response within three business hours during standard support hours. This is a service target and not a guaranteed service-level agreement.
Standard customer support is provided in English.
Payment Delays
Account balance is normally credited automatically after the payment provider confirms a successful payment. This usually occurs within ten minutes.
If a confirmed payment has not appeared after ten minutes, contact [email protected] and include the account email, payment date, amount, currency and payment reference. Do not send full card details, passwords, one-time codes or private API keys.
