Acceptable Use Policy
This Policy applies to all use of Model Gate. It supplements the Terms of Service and upstream-provider policies.
Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the Service to:
- violate applicable law or another person’s legal rights;
- evade sanctions, export controls, geographic restrictions or provider controls;
- access, attack, disrupt or probe systems without authorisation;
- create, distribute or improve malware, credential theft, ransomware or destructive code;
- conduct phishing, fraud, impersonation, scams or deceptive financial activity;
- generate or facilitate child sexual abuse material or exploitation of minors;
- facilitate human trafficking, terrorism or violent criminal activity;
- provide instructions materially enabling serious physical harm;
- violate privacy, confidentiality, publicity or intellectual-property rights;
- generate unlawful discriminatory or harassing content;
- produce spam or conduct abusive automated outreach;
- misrepresent AI-generated content as verified fact where doing so is deceptive or harmful;
- circumvent safety protections, rate limits, account restrictions or billing controls;
- resell, share or transfer credentials in an unauthorised manner;
- scrape or process personal data without a lawful basis; or
- use the Service for an activity prohibited by an upstream provider.
High-Impact Decisions
The Service must not be used as the sole basis for legally or materially significant decisions concerning employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, healthcare, legal rights or access to essential services.
Where such use is lawful, the customer is responsible for qualified human review, validation, notices, explanations, appeal mechanisms and bias testing.
Security Research
Do not test Model Gate systems without prior written permission. Good-faith security reports should be sent to [email protected].
Enforcement
Model Gate may investigate suspected violations, limit functionality, revoke credentials, suspend accounts, preserve relevant evidence and report conduct to providers or competent authorities where legally appropriate.
Enforcement may occur without advance notice where needed to prevent harm, fraud, security compromise or legal exposure.
Reporting Abuse
Reports should be sent to [email protected] and should include relevant URLs, request identifiers, dates and a clear description.
