Model Gate is a commercial software service operated by Salvatore Marrese, entrepreneur individuel (EI). “Model Gate” is a service and product name and is not a separate legal entity. Some software components used by the Service may be licensed from third-party rightsholders. Such licensing does not make those rightsholders the operator of the consumer service.

Nature of the Service
Model Gate provides metered access to software interfaces that route requests to third-party artificial-intelligence models and related technical services. Model Gate is not a bank, payment institution, electronic-money institution, investment service, cryptocurrency exchange or money-transfer service.
Account balances are closed-loop service credits that can only be used to pay for eligible Model Gate services. They cannot be withdrawn as cash, transferred to another user, exchanged for currency or used to pay third parties.
Intellectual Property
The Model Gate website, panel, software, documentation, visual identity and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, model names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. References to third-party providers do not imply ownership, sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.
Third-Party Services
Model Gate integrates third-party artificial-intelligence providers, payment processors, cloud infrastructure, authentication services, analytics tools and communication services. The availability and operation of those services may also be governed by their own terms, technical limits and policies.
